Refund Policy

At iTech, we are committed to delivering quality results. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Service Cannot Be Completed
If iTech is unable to complete the agreed service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid. Your device will be returned to you in the same condition it was received.
Faulty Parts Within Warranty
If a replacement part proves faulty within the warranty period and the fault is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, iTech will replace the part and perform any associated labour at no charge. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details of what is covered.
Completed Services
No cash refund will be issued on a completed service unless iTech is unable to rectify a fault that is covered under warranty after reasonable attempts have been made. If we have been unable to resolve the issue, we will discuss the appropriate remedy with you, which may include a refund at our discretion.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind refunds are not applicable to completed device services. If you change your mind before the service begins, please inform us immediately and no charge will be applied.
