• Service outcomes cannot be guaranteed where the device has pre-existing faults that may interact with the requested service
• iTech is not responsible for data loss — customers are advised to back up their device before any service

Liquid-Damaged Devices

Liquid-damaged devices are assessed on a best-efforts basis. While iTech will endeavour to restore function, results cannot be guaranteed for devices that have sustained liquid damage. The extent of any recovery depends on the severity and duration of exposure, and internal corrosion that may not be visible upon initial assessment.

No Manufacturer Warranty Impact Guarantee

Third-party device services — including those performed by iTech — may affect the manufacturer's warranty on your device. Customers who are concerned about their manufacturer warranty should check with the manufacturer before proceeding with any independent service.
