1. Use of Website

This website is operated by iTech for informational and enquiry purposes. You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.

2. Service Acceptance

All device services are performed at the customer's request. By leaving your device with iTech for assessment or service, you authorise us to inspect and work on the device as agreed. No service will commence without your approval of the quoted price.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All prices quoted are upfront and inclusive. No additional charges will be applied without your prior consent. Quoted prices are valid for the specific job described at the time of the quote.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and major card payments at both locations. Devices will not be released until payment has been received in full.

5. Warranty

Screen and battery replacements are covered by a lifetime parts and labour warranty. The warranty does not cover physical damage incurred after the service, liquid exposure, or unrelated faults. Please refer to our full Warranty Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

iTech's liability in connection with any device service is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any loss of data, consequential loss, or indirect damage. Customers are responsible for backing up their own data prior to dropping off a device.

7. Independent Provider Status

iTech is an independent device service provider. We are not affiliated with Apple, Samsung, Google, Oppo or any other device manufacturer. The use of brand names on this website is solely for the purpose of identifying compatible devices.

8. Changes to Terms

iTech reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
